📦 All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.

🤝 FREE shipping on orders over 50€ to MOST EU countries.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries in the EU. If you cannot find your country in the list at checkout, it means we currently do not offer deliveries there. We do not ship to the UK.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, but only on EU orders over 50€ (exceptions include Greece, Malta, Cyprus, and some Spanish islands – if the free option doesn’t appear for you, your country may be an exception as well).

When will I receive my order?

It usually takes 5-10 days to deliver your order. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a link you can use to track the progress of your shipment. If you did not receive tracking information, please reach out to info@densenutrition.eu.

What can I do if there is a problem with my delivery?

You can reach out directly to DHL or you can email us at info@densenutrition.eu and we will help you find a solution. If your parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us and you will receive an automatic refund.

Please note

DENSE Nutrition is our brand name, while Ancestral AB is the legal company behind the brand.

As a result, you may see "Ancestral AB" instead of "DENSE Nutrition" on shipping notifications, package labels, invoices, payment statements, or other order-related communications.

If you receive a notification or see a charge from Ancestral AB, it is related to your DENSE Nutrition order.
