I love this protein because it doesn’t have 100 ingredients—it’s simple and clean. It fits perfectly with my animal-based way of eating. The only downside is that it doesn’t blend easily.

I love the taste of the unflavoured one. First days it was kinda hard for me to drink it, but third day I found myself saying I love the taste 😃 I am mixing it with water. I choosed to take protein powder in the morning to have fewer hours of fasting, to not exceed 12 hours. And because I can't eat only after 4 or 5 hours after I 'm waking up - I don't have the appetite - , I thought this might be an option for me. I also love it that is a really clean product from the market.

Buyer beware

If you are under the assumption that this product is to support muscle building, or is a replacement for whey, think again.
The beef protein is marketed under Health Goals - > Build Muscle ", however it has the same amino acid profile as the bone broth, meaning it's mostly collagen protein. Great for hair, skin, nails, and gut support, but does little for muscle building.
I unfortunately did not look closely enough before purchasing, as I trusted what Dense was advertising as this protein being a substitute for anyone who avoids lactose (avoids whey protein).
I'm deeply disappointed by the marketing claims.
If you're looking at this product with the intent of a protein to help build muscle, then you'll need to look at other supplements (such as egg white protein) to give you the correct amino acid profile.

Otherwise the unflavored protein tastes like beef and can be mixed with the bone broth to make a tasty warn drink.
